June is hot in Greece, how about your place?
It's a bit uncomfortable to sit in front of a PC screen and sweat...but that's summertime! I can't spend my day without writing so, I just open the window and let the breeze hit my face. And I keep on writing...

For writers, newsletters are a plus. Join as many as you can and start writing articles offering your link at the bottom of each one.
Yahoo groups are also a great way to get your work exposed to others. Join groups that are relevant to your field.

If you have a book to promote, you can post two pictures and a long text/review/article at the cost of $30/month. Cheap and effective.
The site is bilingual(Greek/English) so there's a big market out there for all.
Friends can also pass on your news, but thta's limited.
